Our multidisciplinary group of company principals brings over 40 years of corporate experience in investment, finance, development, construction, and incentive acquisitions.

Thomas B. Fore

Chief Executive Officer

Thomas is an entrepreneur and real estate development executive with expertise in public-private partnership and structured finance. Thomas was the CEO of Sora Development where he led the master development of the award-winning Rowan Boulevard Project, a 27-acre $400m mixed-use public-private partnership with Rowan University and the town of Glassboro, New Jersey and the 22-Acre master development of The University Center at Rock Hill, South Carolina. A mixed-use public-private partnership valued at $250m. Thomas brings 25 years of real estate development expertise including assemblage, entitlement, finance, construction, development, property management and operations. Thomas is responsible for Port One’s corporate strategy, structured financing, and oversight of our real estate development operations. Thomas is a graduate of Towson University – 1991.

William H. Waldrop

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Waldrop has over 32 years of experience in service and technology companies. He is Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of EVIO Inc. a publicly traded hemp testing company. He was previously CEO of Newport Entertainment Group, President and COO of College Partnership and served as a senior manager with Verizon Wireless overseeing National Retail Distribution Strategy. Mr Waldrop received an MBA from the University of Southern California and BS from California State University Long Beach.
